Bio

Harrison founded Tomorrow Capital in 2021 following a diverse background in financial services and is a trusted partner to all our portfolio companies.

Following a short stint playing semi-professional rugby, Harrison started his career as an early employee at Xinja, Australia’s first neo-bank. Xinja was the first consumer neo-bank in Australia to gain APRA approval, scaled from 20-110 employees and raised $120m AUD through various rounds of funding.

Then returning to the UK, Harrison joined IBM in Strategic Sales, constructing $10m+ deals in Financial Services, constructing, selling and negotiating multi-year relationships. Successfully delivering over $500m in new business with leading European banks and insurance firms.

Harrison grew a passion for working in Emerging Markets as a Principal at True Altitude, a global supply chain and fintech Investment Firm with offices in London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sydney.

Past time passions

Sport lover - if that’s playing rugby from a young age, on the ski slopes, golf course or the tennis court. If I’m not playing sport, I’m watching it or talking about it!

Favourite place

Sydney, Australia - A special place having lived there for over a year. The beach-city life is pretty special.

Nathalie has 20+ years of management and leadership experience in Higher Education, Human Resources and Executive Coaching. She worked in several blue-chip organisations such as L'Oréal, The Body Shop and Pearson, in the UK and internationally. She led large complex projects and worked with many leaders to develop teams and individuals. She is also a executive leadership and training coach.

Nathalie is French and has lived in 6 different countries (France, Brazil, Mexico, New, York, Italy and the UK). She speaks 5 languages fluently and raises two children in a bilingual household.

Past time passions

I’ve been a keen Ashtanga yogi for the past two decades. I love this intensely challenging and yet playful way of pushing myself, and the great community feel there is with my yogi gang; being upside down in headstands is a great way to put things in perspective!

Favourite place

Drinking a coconut water on the Ipanema beach looking at the sun set on the twin mountains Moro dos Dois Irmãos. I grew up in Rio de Janeiro and lived there until I was 17 years old. It will forever have a unique place in my heart.

Paul is Chair at Tomorrow Capital and former Vice Chair Debt Capital Markets of Credit Suisse. His 30 year career in the firm’s international capital markets business spanned senior origination and management roles, with a particular focus on emerging markets. Paul is now engaged at the intersection of impact finance, capital markets and fintech.

Paul is Senior Advisor to various impact focused investors including Blue Haven Initiative, Zeal Capital and Resilience VC. Paul has served on the Board of Accion, a global non profit committed to financial inclusion, and was Chair of the Advisory Council of the Center for Financial Inclusion.

Paul obtained his law degree from Downing College, University of Cambridge and then practiced international financial law in London and Hong Kong.

Reading far and wide, tennis and an avid fan of the Mets, Giants and Spurs

Olivia has worked across EMEA as a finance lawyer, fintech lawyer, funds lawyer and venture capitalist. She has 7 years of experience managing large cross-border financing transactions, has co-ordinated the legal aspects of multiple fund closings (totalling billions of USD in value), has advised leading fintechs on their regulatory strategy, and supported a large portfolio of start-ups navigate the complexities of growth and fundraising during challenging economic times.

Past time passions

Exploring the English countryside with my husband, Adam, and my labrador, Mouse, and cooking something new for my family with a great glass of wine in my hand.

Favourite place

The Hemel en Aarde Valley in Hermanus, South Africa. Sipping Chardonnay in the garden of my family home, surrounded by the smell of fynbos, as the sun sets on the Babylonstoren mountain range.

Lauren is Founder and Managing Partner of Atomica, an asset management and advisory firm dedicated to assisting institutional investors in building climate resilient portfolios.

Prior to founding Atomica, Lauren ran the US International Development Finance Corporation’s equity investment program, responsible for a $3 billion portfolio and more than $1 billion in investment per year.

From 2015-2021 Lauren was Managing Director of Blue Haven Initiative, a family office where Lauren managed the direct investment portfolio focused on early stage startups. Lauren was a founding member of Imprint Capital’s investment team, sold to Goldman Sachs in 2015.

Past time passions

I have torn most of the ligaments in my knees, but still insist on skiing. Born and raised Philadelphia sports fan. Go birds!

Favourite place

Shela on Lamu Island Kenya. Specifically the veranda of Peponi Hotel with an Old Pal, samosas, some ginger crab, and good friends.

Ryan is an Advisor and Venture Partner at Tomorrow Capital. Prior to this Ryan spent 17 years at Salesforce and IBM working directly with the world’s leading Financial Services institutions to support their digital transformation and accelerate their adoption of cloud computing, data analytics and AI technology. During this time he built and led the FinTech business unit at Salesforce, building partnerships with the fastest growing digital banks, alternative lenders and digital payments companies.

Ryan is passionate about coaching entrepreneurs and founders, having mentored at Techstars and Accenture FinTech Labs, with a focus on GTM and Technology.

He holds a BSc (hons) in Business Management from Oxford Brookes University and Venture Finance Programme at University of Oxford, Said Business School.

Past time passions

Keeping up with the latest technology trends, imagining the future, staying active with football, padel and surfing and travelling the world.
